Amendment to Florida’s Infrastructure SIP (ISIP) – 2010 Revised Nitrogen Dioxide (NO₂) NAAQS

The Department of Environmental Protection (DEP) revised Florida’s Infrastructure State Implementation Plan (ISIP) for the 2010 revised Nitrogen Dioxide (NO₂) National Ambient Air Quality Standard (NAAQS) as required by the federal Clean Air Act (CAA). This NO₂ ISIP amendment confirms that Florida meets Section 110(a)(2)(D)(i) of the CAA requirements that deal with interstate transport.
