Revision to Florida's Infrastructure State Implementation Plan (ISIP) - 2008 Revised Ozone National Ambient Air Quality Standard

Effective May 13, 2019, the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has determined that Florida's Infrastructure State Implementation Plan (ISIP) contains adequate provisions to prohibit emissions within Florida from contributing significantly to nonattainment or interfering with maintenance of the 2008 8-hour ozone National Ambient Air Quality Standard (NAAQS) in any other state.
