Revision to Florida's State Implementation Plan - Redesignation and Maintenance Plan for the Hillsborough County Lead (Pb) Nonattainment Area

Effective October 11, 2018, the Department of Environmental Protection (DEP) has revised Florida’s State Implementation Plan (SIP) to include the U. S. Environmental Protection Agency's (EPA's) redesignation of the Hillsborough County Lead Nonattainment Area to Attainment for the 2008 Lead National Ambient Air Quality Standard (NAAQS) and to include the Hillsborough County Maintenance Plan that will ensure the continued attainment of the 2008 Lead NAAQS in the area.
