September 15, 2017, Final Order granting to CEMEX Construction Materials Florida, LLC (CEMEX), pursuant to the authority of Section 120.542, Florida Statutes, a waiver from the maximum renewal period for Air Operation Permit requirements of sub-subparagraph 62-210.300(2)(a)3.c., Florida Administrative Code, for the existing CEMEX Brooksville North Cement Plant in Hernando County, Florida.
