Withdrawal of Certain Provisions of Florida’s Section 111(d) State Plan Submittal for MSW Landfills
On July 7, 2021, the Department submitted a letter to the U. S. Environmental Protection Agency to withdraw certain provisions of Florida’s Section 111(d) State Plan Submittal for Municipal Solid Waste (MSW) Landfills.
