DEPARTMENT OF ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION The Florida Department of Environmental Protection announces a public meeting to which all persons are invited. DATE AND TIME November 5, 2019 9:00 AM PLACE: Blake Library John F. and Rita M. Armstrong Wing Auditorium 2351 SE Monterey Road, Stuart, FL 34996 GENERAL SUBJECT MATTER TO BE CONSIDERED: This is a public meeting of interested stakeholders to discuss the St. Lucie River and Estuary Basin Management Action Plan (BMAP). The BMAP is the means for implementation of the adopted Total Maximum Daily Loads (TMDLs). The primary purpose of this meeting is to discuss recent updates for the BMAP.
