Human Resource Management

The Bureau of Human Resource Management (HR) is responsible for comprehensive human resource program dedicated to ensuring a diverse work force through employment and orientation services; administration of employee benefits; payroll processing; employee and labor relations; job classification; employee assistance programs; maintenance of personnel records; and the administration of the performance evaluation system and the employee grievance process.
