June 19, 2019 request, from the Florida Department of Environmental Protection Division of Air Resource Management to the U. S. Environmental Protection Agency, to change Duval County's 2015 Ozone National Ambient Air Quality Standard (NAAQS) designation from "Unclassifiable" to "Attainment."
