Final SIP Submittal to EPA dated November 22, 2016
The November 22, 2016, submittal to the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) for the proposed revision to Florida's State Implementation Plan (SIP), in response to EPA's Startup, Shutdown, and Malfunction SIP Call, which resulted in revisions to Rule 62-210.700, F.A.C., Florida's "Excess Emissions" Rule.
