The Florida Department of Environmental Protection has canceled the Kings Bay/Crystal River and Homosassa/Chassahowitzka Spring Groups Basin Management Action Plans Meeting scheduled for Oct. 2, 2024, due to Hurricane Helene. A new date will be announced soon.

This is a public meeting on interested stakeholders to discuss the Kings Bay/Crystal  River and Homosassa/Chassahowitzka Spring Groups Basin Management Action Plans (BMAP). A public meeting will be held in-person on Oct. 2, 2024 at 3 p.m. EDT. The presentation will focus on the upcoming BMAP updates, including, but not limited to, topics on responsible entity requirements and BMAP update next steps.
