Business Management Services within the Office of Technology & Information Services (OTIS) is responsible for managing the department’s information technology (IT) budget, assisting with IT purchases, and delivering IT contract development and management services to Department of Environmental Protection (DEP) programs. This program area also provides human resources and administrative support to OTIS staff.  This includes, but is not limited to, communications, inventory, procurement and public records requests.
