Ombudsman and Public Services

The Office of the Ombudsman and Public Services is the main intake for answering general department questions, processing public record requests, reporting issues and corresponding with constituents.

The Press Office communicates through the news media to inform Floridians about the department's role in protecting and enhancing the state's environment and natural resources.

Public Outreach

The Office of Marketing and Multimedia Services develops public outreach initiatives to educate the public on environmental issues, encourage environmental responsibility and highlight DEP initiatives.
