Public Rule Development Workshop Chapters 62B-33 & 62B-34

This workshop for revisions to Rule Chapter 62B-34, F.A.C., “General Permits for Activities Seaward of the Coastal Construction Control Line”, will be held in conjunction with a rule development workshop for proposed revisions to Chapter 62B-33, F.A.C. Notice of Rule Development for Rule 62B-34, F.A.C., was published in the July 18, 2017, Florida Administrative Register. The workshops will be held in two sections:

1. Presentation of the proposed revisions to Chapter 62B-33, F.A.C., to be followed immediately by;
2. Presentation of the proposed revisions to Chapter 62B-34, F.A.C.
