Coastal Partnership Initiative Grant Application Webinar

This is an informational webinar for prospective grant applicants for the FY 20-21 Coastal Partnership Initiative grant. The Florida Coastal Management Program's CPI grant opportunity was developed to promote the protection and effective management of Florida's coastal resources. The Coastal Partnership Initiative makes federal funds from the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) available to local governments of the 35 coastal counties and all municipalities within their boundaries that are required to include a coastal element in their local comprehensive plan. Florida's public colleges and universities, regional planning councils, national estuary programs and nonprofit organizations (NPO) also may apply if an eligible local government agrees to participate as a partner. This Webinar will discuss the purpose of the program, eligibility requirements, a review of the application, what to expect in the process, and an opportunity for questions.
