This rule development workshop is being held to discuss and receive input on criteria the Department intends to use to for its evaluation and scoring of projects proposed for state funding through the Statewide Flooding and Sea Level Rise Resilience Plan established by Section 380.093, F.S., including updates made since the last workshop held for this rulemaking on March 17, 2022. The Department will accept public comment on the revised draft rule language prior to this workshop as well as during the workshop and after the workshop by email to Krista.Shipley@FloridaDEP.gov. The Department is providing this public meeting in person at 2600 Blair Stone Road, Room 609, Tallahassee, Florida 32399, as well as virtually via Microsoft Teams.
