The Florida Department of Environmental Protection (FDEP), in partnership with Scheda Inc., Sarasota Bay Estuary Program, The Fish and Wildlife Commission, Rookery Bay and Charlotte Harbor National Estuary Programs invite you to join us for a discussion on the understanding of living shoreline resilience.

ABOUT THE PROGRAM:
Learn about living shorelines – what they are, how they are designed and built, and how they serve our coastal habitats and communities. Living shorelines retain the stabilization effects of a hard structure, while maintaining the important functions provided by natural shoreline ecosystems.
