As part of the DEP Monthly Meet-Ups, the Department is offering a free Storage Tanks Compliance program on Wednesday March 7th.

This event is highly recommended for environmental consultants, utility employees, engineers, owners and operators of storage tanks, tank installers, educators and the public.

This presentation will include issues related to:

  • Aboveground Storage Tanks (ASTs)
  • Underground Storage Tanks (USTs)
  • Financial Responsibility (FR)
  • Incidents/Discharge
  • Compliance Inspections
