Used Oil Rule Workshop

This rule development workshop is for Chapter 62-710, F.A.C., which contains used oil management regulations and forms. This rulemaking will amend rules for clarification and consistency to the rules in the chapter and provide updates to the following three forms: • DEP Form 62-710.901(2) Used Oil and Used Oil Filter Record Keeping Form and Instructions • DEP Form 62-730.900(1)(b) 8700-12FL – Florida Notification of Regulated Waste Activity • DEP Form 62-730.900(5)(a) State of Florida Certificate of Liability Insurance Hazardous Waste Transporter and Used Oil Handler
