Document:
- A Standby Trust Fund Agreement w/Liability must also be established when using this bond for financial assurance.
- Submitted documents must have original signatures; stamped signatures and document photocopies are not acceptable.
- Surety must be listed with Circular 570.
- Power of Attorneys (POAs) must have embossed seals.
- Check the Legal Entity name (owner/operator) at sunbiz.org.
