Public Rule Development Workshop - Chapter 62-604, F.A.C.

DEP is proposing revisions to Chapter 62-604, F.A.C., entitled, "Collection Systems and Transmission Facilities," to improve the proper collection and transmission of domestic wastewater. The purpose of this rule development workshop is to present DEP's proposed rule revisions. Proposed amendments to the rule include operation and maintenance of collection/transmission systems as well as the reporting of sanitary sewer overflows.
