Federal Discount Rate for Use in Feasibility Studies
The discount rate, which is to be used in preparing reuse feasibility studies, is shown in the table below. The federal fiscal year begins October 1st and ends September 30th of every year. The discount rate is updated annually by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency.
