DEP is proposing revisions to Chapter 62-330, F.A.C., entitled, "Environmental Resource Permitting," to update the environmental resource permitting (ERP) stormwater design and operation regulations using the most recent scientific information available. The purpose of this rule development workshop is to present the proposed rule revisions. This particular workshop will focus on the "Department of Environmental Protection and Northwest Florida Water Management District Environmental Resource Permit Applicant's Handbook – Volume II (Design and Performance Standards Including Basin Design and Criteria)," including all appendices, incorporated in Rule 62-330.010, F.A.C. Input will also be requested on potential future rule development workshop topics. The department is hosting this public workshop for in-person attendees at the physical address listed above, as well as virtually via GoToWebinar. Copies of meeting materials are posted on the webpage below. The same material covered in this workshop will also be covered in a duplicate workshop scheduled to be held on Jan. 11, 2023.
