DEP is hosting a rule development workshop to which all persons are invited. This rule development workshop will allow DEP to discuss and receive public comments on proposed amendments to Chapters 62-306, F.A.C., Water Quality Credit Trading, and Chapter 62-330, F.A.C., Water Quality Enhancement Area, as part of the ongoing Water Quality Enhancement Area (WQEA) rulemaking effort. In-person workshop attendees will be hosted at the physical address listed above; it will also be conducted virtually via GoToWebinar. Copies of the meeting materials will also be available on the webpages below.
