A guide to assist regulators in screening dredge/fill projects to determine whether they are in retained waters, and therefore under the jurisdiction of the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers for Clean Water Act Section 404 permitting, or in assumed waters, and therefore under the jurisdiction of DEP for State 404 Program permitting. Intended to be used in conjunction with this GIS app.
