DEP's Northeast District has issued a "Notice of Draft Permit" for a proposed Triple S Plumbing Bio-solids Application Site in Bradford County.

A public meeting is being held to allow DEP staff an opportunity to address any concerns and obtain written or verbal comments (in favor or opposition) from the public regarding the proposed issuance of this permit.  All concerned citizens are urged to attend this meeting regarding these proposed activities.
