The Department of Environmental Protection gives notice of its intent to issue an Environmental Resource Permit in accordance with Part IV of Chapter 373, Florida Statutes (F.S.), and Chapter 62-330, Florida Administrative Code (F.A.C.).

The applicant, Mark Walker, applied on February 8, 2019 to the Department of Environmental Protection for a permit, water quality certification to ,166 sq ft dock consisting of a 5 ft by 60 ft access pier, two 12 ft by 12ft platform lifts and a covered 30 ft by 51 ft boat slip and terminal platform.
