62-42, F.A.C. Notice of Rule Development Lower Santa Fe and Ichetucknee Rivers MFLs

This is a rule development workshop for the MFL reevaluation of the Lower Santa Fe and Ichetucknee Rivers in which DEP has primary rulemaking authority. The water management districts will also be there for support and to help answer questions.

This will be the first of a series of rule development workshops to engage stakeholders that may be effected by a regulatory component of a prevention and recovery strategy.
