The Local Limits Development System (LLIDS) was developed by the Florida Department of Environmental Protection to assist industrial pretreatment programs in evaluating local limits, which are a requirement of the federally mandated industrial pretreatment program, regulated under 40 CFR 403. The zip file below includes the LLIDS database, installation instructions, and a user's manual.
