Period of Coverage Calculator
This Excel worksheet can be used to calculate the period of coverage for a storage tank financial test and government fund for a particular fiscal year end (FYE) date.
The only input data needed is the date of the FYE identified on the financial assurance form part
- Part A - Financial Test (Self Insurance)
- Part J - Local Government Financial Test
- Part O - Local Government Fund
- Calculator incorporates the 120-day (180 for governments) grace period for document preparation
